By accessing or using TradeShowFlow (the "Service") at tradeshowflow.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TradeShowFlow is a trade show product management platform that enables users to capture, manage, and communicate product information, including cost calculations, compliance review, mockup generation, and factory communication.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly through our payment provider (Paystack). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited or spam communications.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all product data, images, and content you upload to the Service. TradeShowFlow retains ownership of the platform, its design, and its underlying technology.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by technical failures or events beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeShowFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
